Brendan Paul, who was allegedly involved as Diddy’s mule, has had all charges dropped in his Florida felony drug case. The charges were dismissed after Paul completed a pretrial diversion program, according to his attorney, Brian Bieber.
Paul, who was once Diddy’s main assistant, was arrested in March at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport after authorities reportedly found cocaine and marijuana candy in his bag. This incident occurred around the same time federal authorities raided Diddy’s properties in Los Angeles and Miami as part of a broader investigation into allegations of sex trafficking and other crimes.
While Paul faced state charges, federal sources confirmed he did not strike any deal with federal prosecutors in the ongoing investigation into Diddy. Thanks to the pretrial diversion program, Paul has avoided jail time and probation, marking a favorable outcome for the former Syracuse University basketball player. Meanwhile, Diddy has been indicted and is awaiting trial in Brooklyn for his federal case.
