Houston rapper Trae Tha Truth is seeking public assistance in locating his missing 6-year-old daughter, Truth. Trae was granted full custody by the courts, but he says her mother took Truth during a visitation in August and has been moving her between various homes with the help of others, including the grandmother. It has now been four months since Trae last saw his daughter.
Trae’s Plea
Speaking to TMZ Hip Hop during a recent trip to California, Trae shared the emotional toll of the situation. He revealed that he had hired a private investigator who tracked his daughter to California. However, efforts to retrieve her hit a dangerous turn when the investigator was allegedly involved in a high-speed chase after being spotted.
Trae emphasized the challenges he faces as a father in this situation, noting that if roles were reversed, he would likely face severe public and legal scrutiny due to societal biases. Despite the frustration and heartbreak, Trae urges anyone who sees Truth not to intervene directly but to call 911 or the Black & Missing Foundation at 1-877-972-2634.
A Call for Help
Known for his community work and disaster relief efforts, Trae is now facing a deeply personal crisis. He remains hopeful for Truth’s safe return and continues to appeal for any information that could help bring her back.
If you have any information regarding Truth’s whereabouts, please contact the authorities immediately.
