Child’s Play is one of the most beloved horror movie franchises.

The franchise, created by Don Mancini, centers around Chucky (voiced by Brad Dourif in the original films and TV series, and Mark Hamill in the reboot), a notorious serial killer who performed a voodoo ritual to transfer his soul into a “Good Guy” doll.

The original film was released in 1988, and has since spawned sequels, a USA Network and SyFy television series, comic books, a video game, and plenty of merchandise, garnering over $250 million.
