Sex Education’s Connor Swindells Marries Amber Anderson with His TV Dad as the Officiant!

Connor Swindells is married!

The 28-year-old actor, best known for playing Adam Groff on the Netflix television show Sex Education, tied the knot with Peaky Blinders actress Amber Anderson.

Connor and Amber, 32, met on the set of the film Emma and had the director Autumn de Wilde give a speech at their wedding reception. The wedding ceremony was officiated by Alistair Petrie, who played Connor‘s father on Sex Education.

Amber told British Vogue that she wore a Vivienne Westwood dress and knew she found her dress as soon as she put it on.

“I just knew as soon as I tried it on,” she told Vogue. “My favorite parts of my body were accentuated, and the bits that I didn’t like didn’t really matter anymore, and I knew it would look good sitting down or standing up.”

The wedding took place in the Scottish Highlands and everyone went for an impromptu swim the day after the wedding.

“Everyone ran and jumped off the end of the pier into the sea,” Amber said. “I think that might have been my favourite moment of the weekend.”
