This latest incident unfolded in December when Kroy blocked Kim’s moving truck, insisting she was attempting to take items he believed were jointly owned.
The footage shows Kim accusing Kroy of taking their belongings while she was out of town, down to the “pots and pans.” She asserted that she had a court order allowing her to pack up the remaining items but did not provide documentation to the responding officer. Kroy, standing in the background, justified his decision to block the truck, which led to the 911 call.
Authorities admonished both parties, urging them to resolve their disputes legally rather than involving the police. Given their financial struggles—including the foreclosure of their home—it’s clear that their ongoing property battles are adding fuel to an already tense situation.
