Neil Patrick Harris has booked his next TV role!
On Tuesday (March 4), it was announced that the 51-year-old How I Met Your Mother actor has joined the cast of the upcoming Dexter spinoff series, Dexter: Resurrection, which is set to debut later this year.

The upcoming spinoff series sees Michael C. Hall returning to his role as Dexter Morgan from the original Dexter series, which launched on Showtime in 2006 and ran for eight seasons.
Earlier this week, Michael C. Hall was spotted in New York City filming a few scenes with two new co-stars!
Dexter: Resurrection is expected to premiere on Showtime this summer, but no official date has been announced yet.
