Aaron Paul, Luke Evans, and Daniel Zovatto are teaming up for a new movie!
On Tuesday (March 4), it was announced that the three actors have been cast in the upcoming action-thriller Bear Country from director Derrick Borte.
They join previously announced stars Russell Crowe, Nina Dobrev, and Teresa Palmer.
Keep reading to find out more…Bear Country follows “an ageing but formidable club owner, Manco Kapak (Crowe) who has been robbed by a masked gunman. Now, his aspirations of selling his club and riding off into the sunset alongside his girlfriend appear more distant than ever. Cartel bosses are breathing down his neck and a young upstart has been posing as the new guy in town eager to purchase the club,” according to Deadline.
Aaron will be playing Jeff, “an unassuming community college teacher who gets roped into a dirty cop’s robbery scheme” while Luke is playing “Joe Carver, an undercover federal agent posing as a potential buyer for Kapak’s club in hopes of infiltrating the cartel he’s washing money for.” Daniel is playing Rodriguez, “the cartel’s top man in Los Angeles.”
Production for Bear Country is currently underway in Australia.
