The movie, set to be released in June 2025, follows the fictional Expensify APX GP F1 Team, with both actors portraying members of the team. The duo was seen mingling with Ferrari drivers Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc, even crashing a team photo, which Sainz humorously shared on social media with the caption: “Look who photobombed our team pic 🙃.” Brad was also gifted a Ferrari hat by Leclerc during the event.
Over the past year and a half, Brad and Damson have filmed scenes at various Formula 1 race weekends, interacting with real F1 drivers. The movie’s production continues through the current race season, with its premiere slated for June 2025. Fans can expect more behind-the-scenes moments, with Brad recently spotted at the Mexico City Grand Prix as well.
