The investigation into the death of Liam Payne is still ongoing, and a judge in Argentina has allowed prosecutors to continue looking into the role of Roger Nores, a friend of Liam’s who was present before his death. Nores had claimed that Liam was fine when they last saw each other, around 4 PM at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel, but authorities have a different account of Liam’s final hours. According to prosecutors, Liam spent several hours drinking heavily, using drugs, and hiring two prostitutes before he tragically fell from the hotel’s third-floor balcony.
Authorities have taken Nores’ passport, indicating he may be restricted from leaving Argentina while the investigation proceeds. In addition to Nores, two other individuals are being investigated for allegedly supplying drugs to Liam. The case continues to unfold, and national prosecutors have been cleared to move forward with their inquiries.
