Scarlett Johansson recently shared some sweet and humorous thoughts about her marriage to Colin Jost during an appearance on Live! with Kelly & Mark. Promoting her skincare line, The Outset, and her upcoming film Fly Me to the Moon (releasing on Apple TV+ on December 6), Scarlett spoke fondly of Colin, saying, “He’s a good guy… He is a very, very, very great guy. I’m extremely lucky. He’s a kind person and he’s hilarious and thoughtful and loving and he’s a great dad and I love him. I feel very, very lucky.”
Scarlett also shared a funny anecdote about Colin’s adventurous side, specifically his 2022 purchase of a decommissioned Staten Island Ferry boat for $280,000, which he bought with his SNL co-star Pete Davidson. When asked about the boat, Scarlett jokingly called it “the naughty part” of Colin’s personality, saying, “It’s got to start paying for its own docking fees at least!” She also mentioned how the boat hosted the Tommy Hilfiger fashion show, and joked about the still-unrenovated bathrooms on board, humorously recalling, “You can basically see everybody from [chest up to knee down] in the toilets. It’s like being in elementary school.”
Her comments highlighted not only Colin’s playful nature but also their strong bond and how much she appreciates him.
