Christina had purchased the sprawling modern farmhouse in Franklin, Tennessee, in February 2021, before marrying Josh in October 2021. The couple announced their separation in July 2024, and Christina recently placed the property on the market for $4.5 million. However, Josh has contested the sale, claiming that he has lived there and has an “appreciation interest” due to contributing to the mortgage payments during their marriage.

Christina, on the other hand, maintains that she gave Josh proper notice about selling the property and insists that Josh mainly resides with his mother. This dispute adds further complications to their ongoing divorce, with Josh seeking legal action to prevent the sale.
