Ashley Darby has made the decision to officially end her marriage to Michael Darby.
On Wednesday, November 20, it was confirmed that the 36-year-old Real Housewives of Potomac star has filed for divorce from the 65-year-old Australian businessman, over two years after their separation.
Michael told TMZ that the pair had reached a “fair and amicable” settlement, noting they had a prenup in place. Ashley’s legal team submitted the agreed-upon settlement to the court on Wednesday, which includes joint custody of their two sons, Dean, 5, and Dylan, 3.
Ashley and Michael tied the knot in 2014 and announced their separation in April 2022, after eight years of marriage. Following the split, Ashley briefly dated another Bravo star.
