This week we are laser focused on the return of the NBC hit series FOUND. The second season of the series, which stars Shanola Hampton, kicks off on Thursday, October 3. Hampton plays Gabi Mosely, a talented publicist whose company prioritizes finding missing people. Having escaped a long-term abduction herself, Mosely and her crisis management team make sure there is always someone looking out for the missing. Gabi, however, has a chilling secret: In the midst of grief, she imprisoned her childhood kidnapper, Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar). Now Sir has escaped and is on the loose, and her biggest secret is now her biggest threat.
Apple TV is also premiering the second season of CURSES! this week. The show follows Pandora, Russ and Sky Vanderhouven, a family cursed by their ancestors’ pillaging of ancient artifacts from across the globe in which the father, Alex, was turned to stone. After reversing the curse on an adventure of a lifetime, the second season picks up with Alex rejoining the family as they continue working to undo the damage done by their greedy ancestors. But when something about Alex doesn’t seem quite right, the family must band together to solve the mysteries that confront them, both on the road and within the walls of Briarstone Manor.
Next up we are BINGEING the first six episodes of Season 7 of the Netflix dating show favorite Love Is Blind. This season the producers rounded up singles from the DMV who are on a quest to find if their best bet at love is connecting with someone sight unseen after a series of dates in pods where they are separated by a wall.
And finally we’re closing out our list with Prime Video’s new Ariana DeBose series House Of Spoils which stars the Oscar winner as a talented young chef launching her first restaurant—a farm-to-table affair on a remote estate—where she battles kitchen chaos, a dubious investor, crushing self doubts… and the powerful spirit of the estate’s previous owner who threatens to sabotage her at every turn.
With a mix of trills, chills and real-life drama, this week’s TV lineup offers something for every viewer, making it the perfect time to catch up on some binge-worthy content.
