Jax Taylor is seemingly awarding estranged wife Brittany Cartwright full custody of their three-year-old son Cruz.
The 45-year-old The Valley has responded to the 35-year-old’s divorce filing a month after she initially filed documents after five years of marriage.

In the latest court filings, via E! News, Jax reportedly did not mark the box to request child visitation, but did check off the “other” box under child support.
No additional details are being revealed in regards to child custody or support, other than it seeming he is giving Brittany full legal and physical custody.
In her own filing in August, Brittany requested primary legal and physical custody, while willing to give Jax visitation rights. She did also try to block spousal support from either side.
Jax‘s court filing listed a different date of separation than hers. He put down September 26th, the date he filed, while she listed the date as January 24th.
Last month, Jax revealed two mental health diagnoses after leaving an in-patient treatment center.
The former couple are both set to return for season two of their Bravo reality series The Valley, where we’re sure to see this all play out on screen.
